Sophia Troyer graduated from the School for Creative and Performing Arts (SCPA) in Cincinnati, Ohio. She is now at the College Conservatory of Music in jazz studies with a focus on upright bass. In addition to performing in school ensembles, she performs live in duos, trios, and quartets with other professional musicians throughout the Cincinnati area. Sophia recently won first prize in the Vocal Division of the 2023 Cincinnati Arts Association’s Overture Awards at the Aronoff Center.
